CONTEST RULES

CUTEST BABY CONTEST

1. Contest runs from 10:00am until 3:00pm on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at the John Q. Hammons Arena at the UMAC (6836 S. Mingo) only. No purchase necessary, but you must be present at the event to enter the contest.

2. Children must be entered in one of two age categories:
1) Newborn – 12 months old.
2) 13 months to 24 months.
If the child has had his/her 2nd birthday before March 1, 2008, he/she is not eligible. Winners will be asked to provide proof of age.

3. Each contestant will go before a panel of judges and be scored in the following areas: personality, poise, appearance and overall look.

4. The three (3) children in each age category with the highest scores will be the winners.

5. Names of the winners will be announced from the main stage at 4:45pm.

6. First prize in each category is $1,000 cash; second prize in each category is $100 cash; third prize in each category is $50 cash.

7. Employees or immediate relatives of employees of Cox Radio, Inc., contest/event sponsors and exhibitors and other radio stations are not eligible.

8. All winners must provide social security number and mailing address, and must complete official prize information sheet to receive prize. Winner is responsible for taxes. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

9. Winner agrees to allow his/her voice and/or his/her child's voice and/or picture to be used by Cox Radio, Inc. and event sponsors for promotional purposes, without compensation of any kind.

10. Decision of Cox Radio, Inc. is final.

11. Keep in mind that all registration ends promptly at 3:00pm. If you and your child are NOT in line by 3:00pm, you will not be eligible to enter this contest.


CUTEST LITTLE TYKE CONTEST

1. Contest runs from 10:00am until 3:00pm on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at the John Q. Hammons Arena at the UMAC (6836 S. Mingo) only. No purchase necessary, but you must be present at the event to enter the contest.

2. All contestants must have birthdays between March 1, 2004 and March 1, 2006 (2-4 years old) to be eligible. Winners may be asked to provide proof of age.

3. Each contestant will go before a panel of judges and be scored in the following areas: personality, poise, appearance and overall look.

4. The three (3) children in each age category with the highest overall scores will be the winners.

5. Names of the winners will be announced from the main stage at 4:45pm.

6. First place prize is $1,000 cash; second place prize is $100 cash; third prize is $50 cash.

PARENT-CHILD LOOK-ALIKE CONTEST

1. Contest runs from 10:00am until 3:00pm on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at the John Q. Hammons Arena at the UMAC (6836 S. Mingo) only. No purchase necessary, but you must be present at the event to enter the contest.

2. Contestants must be parent and child. All child contestants must be twelve (12) years of age or younger as of March 1, 2008. Winners may be asked to provide proof of age and relationship.

3. Contestants will go before a panel of judges and be scored as a pair (together as parent and child) in the following areas: personality, poise, appearance and overall look. Winner will be determined as the parent/child team that has the highest overall score.

4. The three (3) pairs of parents/children with the highest scores will be the winners.

5. Winners will be announced from the main stage at 4:45pm.

6. First prize is $500 cash; second prize is $100 cash; third prize is $50 cash.

7. Employees or immediate relatives of employees of Cox Radio, Inc., contest/event sponsors and other radio stations are not eligible.

8. All winners must provide social security number and mailing address, and complete an official prize information sheet to receive prize. Winner is responsible for taxes. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

DIAPER DERBY CRAWLING CONTEST

1. Contest runs from 10:00am until 3:00pm on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at the John Q. Hammons Arena at the UMAC (6836 S. Mingo) only. No purchase necessary, but you must be present at the event to enter the contest.

2. All participating babies must be twelve (12) months or younger as of March 1, 2008. Winners will be asked to provide proof of age.

3. Contestants will crawl a distance of fifteen (15) feet on a marked, carpeted course to a family member or legal guardian. Any contestant that stands, walks, runs, or receives any physical assistance will be disqualified.

4. Three (3) contestants may compete at one time. Overall contest winner will be the child that reaches the finish line by crawling from start to finish with the quickest time of all the contestants.

5. Winners will be announced from the main stage at 4:45pm.

6. First prize is $100 cash; second prize is $50 cash.
