When the song plays...you win contest Spring 2008

1. WHO MAY PLAY
Must be at least 18 years of age or over. Legal photo ID required. Contest open only to legal Oklahoma residents except employees of Cox Enterprises, Inc. and it's partially and fully owned subsidiaries and participating sponsor(s) and the immediate families of those employees. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. No other local radio company employees may play. A person may only win once during this contest and only one winner per household. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. All federal, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

2. CONDITIONS OF WINNING
Official rules are available at the Mix96 (KRAV) studio at 7136 South Yale, Suite 500, from 8:30am-5:30pm (CST) Monday through Friday. By entering the contest, contestants give permission for their name, photo and/or voice to be used for promotional purposes without compensation. Winners must sign promotional release form as condition of receiving prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes. Prizes must be claimed in person, by the actual winner, at the Mix96 (KRAV) business office within 30 business days or be forfeited. A person may play the "When the song plays...you win contest" even if they have won a contest with Mix 96 in the previous 30 days. $96 prize winners are not eligible to win any contest on Mix96 (KRAV) for 30 days; $1,000 winners are not eligible to win any contests on Mix 96 (KRAV) for 180 days. Additionally, $96 and $1,000 prize winner(s) can only win once during this contest; one winner per household.

Mix96 (KRAV) will not be responsible for loss of service to the call-in line or for a contestant's failure to reach the call-in line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to Mix96 (KRAV) during a call-in period of 8am and 5pm "The Mix 96 "When the song plays...you win contest" and prior to accepting the winning caller, the call-in period affected by the interruption may or may not be replayed at the resumption of service, at Mix 96's sole discretion. The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

3. CONSTRUCTION
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

4. SPONSOR
The Mix 96 "When the song plays...you win contest" is sponsored by Mix96 (KRAV d.b.a. Cox Radio, Inc.). The decisions of Mix96 (KRAV) regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of The Mix 96 "When the song plays...you win contest" shall be final and binding in all respects. Mix96 (KRAV) will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to The Mix 96"When the song plays...you win contest". 5. METHOD OF ENTRY FOR $96 PRIZE
Beginning April 14th, 2008 and lasting through May 23rd, 2008 Mix 96 (KRAV) will encourage the audience to listen each weekday morning at approximately 7:30am(C.S.T.) as Mix 96 (KRAV) will announce the designated "Song of the Day. When the designated song is played back between 8:30am and 10:15am that same day, listeners will need to call (918) 460-9696. The ninth caller will be chosen as the winner of $96 (ninety six dollars), provided that he/she is eligible to participate in the contest. Mix 96 reserves the right to alter the contest execution at any time.

6. METHOD OF ENTRY FOR A CHANCE TO WIN $1,000
On Thursdays, and only on Thursdays, during the duration of "The Mix 96"When the song plays...you win contest"" when the designated song of the day is repeated (played again for the second time) before 5pm (C.S.T.) listeners will need to "Text" the key word "Money" to the number 33-211 from their cell phone. The 96th text received, and provided that the texter is eligible, will be declared at the winner of $1,000 (One Thousand Dollars). The texting period will begin when the song of the day is repeated and will stay active until a winner is declared. There are no additional charges from Mix 96 for the text messaging to participate in the contest. If you can't enter via Text, you can enter our Money Song of the Day contest over the phone. 7. OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Please include date in question. Rules are subject to change without notice.
