How many hair do's is this now? Kate Gosselin has ditched the hair extensions just in time for her new gig on Dancing with the Stars. The mother of eight stopped by the Ted Gibson Salon, emerging with a new bob with bangs. Dancing with the Stars premieres Monday 3-15-10 on ABC. 
They are reportedly just friends, but The Bounty Hunter co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler are turning up the heat for a photo spread in this month's W magazine. The 13-page pictorial, titled Speed Trap, was shot in the California desert by famed photographer Steven Klein, the same shutterbug who shot Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in July 2005. The Bounty Hunter opens March 19th. 
Mattel is planning to release a set of Mad Men-inspired Barbie dolls just in time for the AMC show's July season premiere. At a price tag of a whopping $300 each, fans of the show can pick up their very own mini Joan, Roger, Don and Betty, although at that price it's amazing cigarettes and whiskey are not included.

Jason Mesnick is a Bachelor no more. The outdoor ceremony did not go off without a hitch though, as it started to pour just as the lovebirds began exchanging their vows. Malaney wore a white strapless Monique Lhuillier gown, as she walked down the aisle to American Idol’s Jason Castro singing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” 250 guests witnessed the ceremony, including Bachelorette couple Trista and Ryan Sutter. The entire wedding will be broadcast in a two-hour special for ABC airing March 8th. 
Jim Carrey is a granddad. Yup, that’s right, the 47-year-old comedian’s 22-year-old daughter Jane and her husband Alex Santana welcomed Jackson Riley Santana on Friday in Los Angeles. Carrey was so proud of his first grandson, that he posted a picture of the tot on Twitter.

A close up picture of Angelina Jolie's face has sparked new rumors that the actress has gone under the knife. The shot shows what appears to be two large tucks of skin underneath her right ear, which has led to speculation that Jolie has had a "ribbon lift," a $6,000 procedure that involves having a small cut made near the earlobe in order to implant an absorbable ribbon. It is supposed to make the skin of the neck appear tighter. 
Talk about an Olympic hookup. Gold medal-winning figure skater Evan Lysaceck has confirmed rumors that he's dating gold medal-winning gymnast Nastia Liukin. Evan tells People that he met Nastia in October, 2008 while performing on the NBC special Skating & Gymnastic Spectacular, and they've been dating since last summer. And even though they compete in different sports, Evan says Nastia's experience at the summer games helped him with his competition. "She's been through it herself," he said. "If I'm having a bad day, she tells me to have faith and keep going. Sometimes your support system has more faith in you than yourself. And when she tells me things are going to be fine, I really believe it." 
Andrew Koenig, best known for playing Boner on the 1980s series Growing Pains, has been reported missing. TMZ says that the 41-year-old was last seen in Vancouver, Canada, on Feb. 14, and did not take his scheduled flight back to the U.S. two days later. His family told the site that Andrew had been “suffering from depression" and "not doing good" in the days leading up to his disappearance. Anyone with information is being asked to contact Detective Raymond Payette of the Vancouver Police Department at 604-717-2534. 
Simon Cowell has yet to confirm rumors that he proposed to girlfriend Mezhgan Hussainy on Valentine's Day, but he sure sounds like a man in love. The American Idol judge recently admitted in an interview, "I'm smitten with Mezhgan - I think she's the one. She's very special." Photographers caught Mezhgan showing off her Valentine's Day gift from Simon, a huge diamond sparkler, but friends insist it isn't an engagement ring. A source tells The Mail, "It was just a gift…He wanted to do something special, but Simon is definitely not engaged." And while marriage may not be in Simon's near future, it appears he's already thinking about starting a family with Mezhgan. He told the ITV1 show Life Stories, "I think I need to have little Simons around."

Gary Coleman was arrested yesterday for domestic violence. Gary Coleman is married to Shannon Price; the two have a tempestuous relationship that has involved the police in the past: Gary Coleman's wife was arrested for domestic violence last year. Police refused to identify the domestic violence victim in the Coleman arrest but the couple has battled in the past and his marriage quickly dissolved into a public curiosity as the couple appeared on Divorce Court. 
One of the stars of MTV's hit show Jersey Shore is getting into the fashion business. Jenni “JWOWW” Farley announced on her website last week that she's launching a collection of revealing tops similar to those she wore on the show. “Jenni has created the ultimate in fashionable clothing,” her site states. “Not only will her line be ‘Edgy’ and ‘Sexy,’ but it will also make people of all ages and body type feel more confident in ‘the scene.’” Check out her website for more info.

Conan O'Brien has made his decision, and he's leaving NBC. In a statement yesterday Conan announced that he's decided to resign from The Tonight Show. As for why he decided to leave, Conan explains, "The Tonight Show at 12:05 simply isn't the Tonight Show. Also, if I accept this move I will be knocking the Late Night show, which I inherited from David Letterman and passed on to Jimmy Fallon, and that would hurt the other NBC franchise that I love, and it would be unfair to Jimmy." Balloon Boy dad Richard Heene turned himself in to the Larimer County Detention Center in Colorado yesterday to begin serving his 90-day jail sentence. He must serve at least 30 days before he's allowed to participate in a work release program. Wife Mauymi Heene will serve 20 days in jail, but her sentence won't begin until Richard finishes his. The couple must also pay restitution for the costs of the hoax, which prosecutors estimate to be around $48,000. 
The woman who was booted off of The Bachelor for allegedly having an "inappropriate relationship" with a producer is claiming her innocence. Rozlyn Papa is the 28 yr old single mom who says, "I had a relationship with someone on the show that didn't benefit them. We remained really close but we are not dating now. THE NEW TIGER SHARK 
It's a new year and a new look for Kate Gosselin. The mother of eight is on the cover of this week's People, sporting a new, longer hairdo. She tells the magazine, "I'm starting over. It's good to have hair again. I never thought I'd have short hair for as long as I did. I feel like this is a fresh start, a fresh me, a fresh life. I'm rebuilding. There's no option for this not to be a good year. Now I get to start over with a new self and new goals." (It took 20 hrs for those hair extensions!) 
PETA's latest stunt has landed them in hot water with the White House. The animal rights group's latest ad features First Lady Michelle Obama alongside Oprah Winfrey, Tyra Banks and Carrie Underwood, with the slogan "Fur-free and fabulous!." The problem is - they didn't get permission to use the First Lady's image. Not only that, Michelle isn't allowed to endorse any special interest groups. PETA however refuses to take down the ads. 
Miley Cyrus understands that little kids look up to her, but she thinks the public is a bit too critical of her. "My job is to be a role model, and that's what I want to do, but my job isn't to be a parent," she tells the February issue of Harper's Bazaar. "My job isn't to tell your kids how to act or how not to act, because I'm still figuring that out for myself. So to take that away from me is a bit selfish. Your kids are going to make mistakes whether I do or not. That's just life." 
Tiger Woods has been in hiding since the Thanksgiving car accident that sparked his cheating scandal, but we'll soon be seeing a lot of him on the cover of Vanity Fair. The magazine's February issue features a cover photo of a shirtless Tiger pumping iron, taken by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz. The mag also features an essay by Pulitzer Prize winner Buzz Bissinger about Tiger's fall from grace. 
And just when you thought Michael Lohan couldn't get any worse, Radaronline reports that Lindsay's dad has started dating Jon Gosselin's ex, former tabloid reporter Kate Major. The 26-year-old Major, who is only three years older than Lindsay, was spotted hugging Lohan at a Long Island mall over the weekend. 
The Kardashian clan will soon have new neighbors. TMZ reports that Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony have purchased a $10 million home in the same San Fernando Valley neighborhood as the reality show stars. The 9-bedroom/12 bath mansion sits on three acres and features a 20-seat home theater, game room, gym, recording studio and swimming pool. 
With the rumor that Simon Cowell is leaving American Idol, another rumor says that none other than Mathew Knowles – aka Beyonce’s dad - will be sliding into his chair. Media TakeOut has heard the rumor, and apparently the Wall Street Journal has reported it as well, but Mathew is allegedly on a "short list" of people who may replace Simon were he to walk out. 
Charlie Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller, threw on some expensive clothes -- and a big fat smile -- as she went out in public yesterday for the first time since she had Charlie arrested on Christmas morning. Sheen was arrested for two felony counts and one misdemeanor count associated with domestic violence. As we first reported, Mueller was legally drunk when she called 911 and told cops Sheen threatened her with a knife. She later recanted much of her story to cops.

Jon Gosselin was photographed the other day shooting a gun on his Pennsylvania property, but he won't be able to do it anymore. Yesterday, the judge presiding over Jon's divorce from wife Kate ruled that the father-of-eight is prohibited from bringing a gun anywhere near his kids' home.
It appears that the Reese Witherspoon/Jake Gyllenhaal breakup rumors are true. Ironically, as news broke of the split yesterday, Sesame Street released a clip of Jake explaining the meaning of the word separate to kids. 
While Tiger Woods is losing sponsors left and right, TMZ has learned his wife, Elin Nordegren, is "very close" to signing a deal of her own ... and the company happens to be Nike's archenemy -- Puma.
An official from Puma -- the athletic wear company -- has confirmed they are in "internal discussions" to sign Elin as a spokesperson for a new Swedish-inspired clothing line called Tretorn. The rep tells us Puma is after Elin because they feel she's "a good brand fit." Read more: here.

Elle has not one but two of the world's biggest pop stars on the cover of their January 2010 issue: Lady Gaga and Britney Spears. And while they aren't photographed together, it’s a competition to see which one will sell the most.

Officials from Health Central Hospital confirm Barbro Holmberg, Elin Nordegren's mom, was rushed to the hospital from Tiger Woods' home early this morning after complaining of stomach pains.
She is still in the hospital and listed in stable condition.

Joanna Krupa, who competed on Dancing with the Stars this season, has angered the Catholic League. Joanna posed for PETA's latest ad campaign, wearing nothing but angel wings and holding a crucifix that covers her naughty bits. Well, the Catholic League is understandably opposed to the photo. But Krupa, a Catholic herself, doesn't understand their issue. "I am shocked that the Catholic League is speaking out against my PETA ads, which I am very proud of," she explained. At this weekend's American Music Awards, the Oscar winner, who is married to country star Keith Urban, posed for a photo in which she appears to be cradling a baby bump. In addition, she has her finger up to her lips, making it look like she's revealing a big secret. 
Judging by pictures that recently hit the internet, CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric is anything but stuffy. Several websites got a hold of pictures posted on Katie's daughter's Facebook page, which show Katie dancing provocatively during a 2006 party celebrating her new gig as anchor.

The first picture of Mel Gibson's newborn daughter little Lucia Anne, born to Gibson and girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva on October 30th. Conan O'Brien apologized to Levi Johnston, but the father of Sarah Palin's grandson may have wished he never complained in the first place. On Wednesday's Tonight Show, O'Brien had William Shatner give a dramatic reading of Levi's Twitter posts, only to find out that the brilliant musings were those of an imposter. O'Brien explained on Thursday. "...I got some shocking news: Apparently the tweets that we read are counterfeit. They were written by a clever imposter posing as the witty Levi Johnston." After apologizing for the mistake, Conan had Shatner back on to read Levi's real postings, which were just as ludicrous as the originals.
What do you get a soccer star that has it all? Well, if you're Victoria Beckham, the answer is pigs. According to OK! magazine, Victoria has bought David two miniature pot-bellied Gloucester Old Spot cross-breed pigs for Christmas. David is said to be thrilled with the gift, and has already named his new pets Pinky and Perky, after a famous children's TV show in the UK.

Dear Gov. Schwarzenegger, While you were Twittering a few minutes ago about the "swift action" coming to Maria, your wife was at it again -- jawing away on a handheld cell phone while driving in Brentwood. But it gets worse ... while Maria was illegally yappin' away (the third time she's been photographed doin' it) she saw our cameraman catching the illegal activity on tape -- and that's when she dropped the phone in an attempt to cover it up! The tape does not lie. 
Although he worried that there was going to be war, it looks like Mady and Cara Gosselin's 9th birthday went on without their parents at each other's throats. "We kept it cordial for the kids," Jon Gosselin told reporters. As for Kate's plan to let him only stay for two hours, she apparently had a change of heart. He explained, "I'm going to stay and put my kids to bed." As for how it went with his ex, Jon rolled his eyes, but then said, "fine." Interestingly, while Kate said she planned to bake the twins a birthday cake, Jon showed up with one from a fancy New York bakery, although his daughter Mady's name was spelled incorrectly.

JON GOSSELIN'S YARD SIGN
TMZ's confirmed Jon has sent a letter to TLC demanding they halt production of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" or any other show with his children STAT. Gosselin now claims the filming is detrimental to his kids and he's now determined to bring in police if that's what it takes to stop the production. So coincidence? Jon was just 86'd from the show -- which will be relaunched as "Kate Plus 8" in November -- and a day later he's suddenly worried about the kids he sporadically sees. FYI ... whoever put up the sign misspelled "penelty" and "Johnathon." 
Debi Mazar is the latest star to fall victim to the Dancing with the Stars curse. The Entourage star had to go to the hospital after Tuesday night's show and was diagnosed with a "torn muscle in neck to chest," according to her Twitter page. Added Debi, "Foxtrot…cruel & sadistic. If only judges knew."
